How do recall checks work?
Scan a barcode or search a product and VeriBaby matches it against official FDA, USDA, and CPSC recall records, showing the source and freshness on every result. A result of “no known recall” means none was found in the cited source — not that a product is safe.
Is VeriBaby medical advice?
No. VeriBaby is an informational tool. Always follow the official recall notice and consult a pediatrician for health decisions, especially if your child has symptoms.
Are recall checks free?
Yes — recall lookups are free and never hard-blocked. Optional premium features (alerts, personalized reports, contamination findings) are a subscription.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On iOS, manage it in your App Store account settings. For web purchases, use the billing portal linked from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the period ends.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email us at [email protected] from your account address and we’ll delete your account and associated data.
